The information and images presented here may not under any circumstances be reproduced or used without prior written permission. Users may view or download digital media content from this site only for the following purposes: (a) for personal, non-commercial home use; (b) where the materials clearly state that these materials may be copied and reproduced according to the terms stated in those particular pages; or (c) with the express written permission of Voice of The Light Ministries. In all other cases, you will need written permission from Voice Of The Light Ministries to reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or publicly display material from this website. Users may not use language that is threatening, abusive, vulgar, discourteous or criminal. Users also may not post or transmit information or materials that would violate rights of any third party or which contains a virus or other harmful component to a computer. Voice Of The Light Ministries reserves the right to ban any IP address from our site that is suspicious, or does not comply with these terms and conditions.

Voice Of The Light is not responsible for material lost, stolen or damaged in transit when submitted through the designated mail carrier for your order. If this happens to you, you are responsible for contacting your local post office or the carrier chosen for your shipment concerning your lost, stolen or damaged packages. By communicating with Voice Of The Light Ministries, however, users grant Voice Of The Light Ministries permission to use any information, suggestions, ideas and concepts communicated for any purpose Voice Of The Light Ministries chooses, commercial, public or otherwise, without consent or compensation whatsoever.

RETURNS \ REFUNDS

All sales are final. Returns will be accepted within 30 days (domestic, within the USA only) if the item you received is damaged (as a Buyer, you must send us an email with pictures to prove damage, with verification of the date you received the item). Return postage is at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item(s) and can confirm the returned item(s) based on the request. For International purchasers, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns due to international tariffs and regulations. If your item(s) shipped to you is/are “lost” or “stolen” in transit, you must notify us within 30 days of purchase so we can confirm the package status or file a claim with the shipping carrier. Refunds will be issued once a package status is confirmed “lost” or “stolen” in transit.

UNAVAILABLE ITEMS

If an item you ordered on our store is “out of stock” or “unavailable” after your purchase, we may contact you to offer an exchange toward another similar item at the value of the item in your original purchase. You (as a buyer) can choose to accept the exchange, request store credit in the value of the “unavailable” item, or request a refund of the item. This request must be received within 7 days from the time we contacted you via email / phone. If we do not hear from you, we will determine the substituted item, or refund you the amount of the item that is “unavailable”.

ADDITIONAL FEES NOTICE

On occasion due to the type of product on our store, an additional “processing and handling” fee may be applied to the item on our store. This may be per item or per order. These fees are utilized to cover “processing” or “handling” fees or both. We secure our packages and utilize shipping carriers that provide tracking information which will be emailed to you after your package is sent.

Attention: International purchasers may incur additional “customs / import fees and taxes” that will need to be paid to the courier for the release of your package for delivery. These import fees and taxes are determined by each country’s government and tariff regulations and is in no way determined or associated with your original purchase from us on our store. Please be sure to pay all “customs / import fees and taxes” associated with your package by the due date required by the courier to ensure delivery of your package. We are not responsible for “unclaimed” or “unpaid” packages. Any request to “re-ship” an unclaimed or unpaid package will be at the expense of the Buyer. We recommend that you provide the best email and phone number to contact you when placing your order, so that the courier can reach you for payment of fees and / or confirmation of address for delivery.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, VOICE OF THE LIGHT MINISTRIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. VOICE OF THE LIGHT MINISTRIES DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS OR VIRUSES.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Voice Of The Light Ministries be liable for special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the materials in this site. In no event shall Voice Of The Light Ministries be liable to a user for any loss, damage or claim that exceeds the amount paid by the user for accessing this site.

Termination and Modification of Agreement

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Voice Of The Light Ministries reserves the right to modify and update any part of this agreement as deemed necessary. You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing your use of Voice Of The Light Ministries site and destroying all materials obtained from it.
